Summary:

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience detail oriented cleaning in high standard hotel/motels environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience supervising others.
• Experience with scheduling and budgets a plus.
• Familiarity with Military protocols a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid Social Security Card.
Must pass background check.
Must be fluent in the English language.

Site Supervisor / Lead
• Responsible for overall site supervision and quality
• Conduct 10% Quality Control Inspections, daily
• Interface with Facilities Manager, Billeting Staff, and front desk staff to assure continuous quality
• Facilitate all cleaning projects
• Update reservation computer with maintenance requests, checkouts, stay overs and vacancies
• Complete Daily Occupancy Report
• Shall maintain accurate records for governmental review
• Responsible for the ordering and maintaining of amenities, supplies, and linen
• Safekeeping of all keys/cards
• Oversees that all linen closets are organized, maintained, and clean
